Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ozerty-canada.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Currently we ship within Canada.
Order cut-off time: 10 P.M. (EST)
Orders are generally shipped within 1-6 days (Monday to Friday)
The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days (Monday to Friday)
While we use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery times provided above, these are given for guidance only and may vary depending on the carrier or the destination. In the event of a significant delay, contact us at contact@ozerty-canada.com: we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
Delivery times matter as much to you as they do to us, and we do everything we can to meet them. We are so committed to this that we make it a promise: if your order is delivered beyond the estimated delivery date, we automatically give you a CA$7 store credit, usable on a future order from CA$30 of purchase. This credit is added directly to your account, with nothing for you to do.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. All our shipments are sent with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at every step.
Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it quickly enters preparation and can no longer be modified or intercepted. If you change your mind, simply contact us, then follow the return procedure once you have received the item.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). Please note that the tracking number may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Delivery issues
Every order is protected by our Ozerty Purchase Protection Program: if there is a delivery issue, we always find a solution with you.

Parcel not delivered (lost in transit)
If your parcel tracking has shown no update for 15 days, contact us at contact@ozerty-canada.com.
Without shipping insurance: we open an inquiry with the carrier (up to 10 business days). If the parcel is declared lost, we reship it at our expense.
With shipping insurance: priority handling after 10 days with no tracking update, with no prior inquiry, immediate reshipment. -
Parcel marked "delivered" but not received
If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have received nothing, contact us.
Without shipping insurance: we open an inquiry with the carrier (up to 10 business days) to verify the delivery conditions, then find a solution based on its findings.
With shipping insurance: direct handling in your favor, with no prior inquiry, including in the event of theft confirmed after delivery. -
Parcel arrived damaged
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at contact@ozerty-canada.com attaching a photo of the product and the parcel. These let us confirm the damage and handle your request without delay.
Without shipping insurance: after verification, we replace the item within our usual timeframes.
With shipping insurance: replacement validated immediately on a simple photo, then shipped on a priority basis.
