Payment conditions

OZERTY accepts payments by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

The amount is debited immediately from the selected payment method right after the order is completed.

During a refund, the amount will only be credited to the original method of payment used for the order.

You are billed in CAD and you pay in CAD, no foreign conversion is applied.

All prices displayed on the website exclude taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

NB: If your payment method is in another currency, your bank may charge you costs for converting your currency into the CAD.
